The VFR1200 was finally unveiled at the Tokyo show in October 2009. The bike features plenty of technology, most notably the groundbreaking semi-auto gearbox. More info and links to test rides from the launch at the Sugo race circuit on our VFR1200 page.

Mike Hailwood Memorial Run

MotoGP on BBC TV

At he time of writing (Feb 2010) the BBC's MotoGP coverage schedule has only dates, not times. 2009 brought further improvements to the coverage of the 125 and 250cc classes (yeah!) as well as live MotoGP, with post-race analysis and repeats on the Freeview 'red button'.

For 2010 Suzi Perry will not be part of the team this year, she's leaving to concentrate on her television career outside bike racing. Almost a shame IMO, she was just getting the hang of it.
